So I’m checking my e-mail one more time before calling it a night last night and there’s some interesting information – complete with a screen shot.  First, the info is that Alderman – also play-acting as VP of the Council – James Gischia is skulking about the dirty, dark side of the Internet hoping to dig up a copy of my deposition.  Attached is this screen shot:

Now, this person had also copied and pasted text showing that “JG” was requesting the  information.  Apparently his equal, low-life Mary Struck,  promptly referred to him by name.  When Jim Gischia’s full name was posted, as I’m told, it was  promptly taken down. 

Well, I’m fed up to my eyeballs with liars.  So… First liar-of-dishonor is Ald. James Gischia – he’s won his own place of DIShonor right here on my little home on the web.  See the menu to the right.  Hope that does you proud, Jimbo.  He added insult to injury by also lying directly to me when I questioned him via e-mail.  Not a good idea…

Maybe another liar needs to be exposed…

But for now, back to  “gossip”.  This one was so amusing I got such a good laugh out of it I just had to share - the person that sent me this actually went by the name “gossip”.  They also seemed to think it was quite hilarious that the tramp that runs that dark place had a hissy fit because someone posted her address.  (Guess when the tables are turned it’s a different story.) 

Well, shoot, since I’m far from perfect myself I just couldn’t resist asking how that occured.  As the story was told to me, Ms/Mr gossip asked me how a person is ”defamed” just by a reference to their web site on one of my web pages.  Ms/Mr gossip said he/she was stumped so he/she went and looked up the domain that was linked.  The information they got is as follows – and I did verify this:

Well, I just couldn’t help but laugh.  I mean, there’s no name on there to connect it to anyone’s home address!  Who would have known if this fool wouldn’t have told the world!  Guess when  you live so immersed in lies and conspiracy theories and wild imaginations, you’re sensibility does get shot after a time.

This just has to be among the top 3 dumbest blunders I’ve seen online in over a decade.

Discussion of “Director of Community Safety” concept and possible recommendations to City Council.
 
President Webster explained that some Aldermen and citizens had asked him about the possibility of creating a “Director of Community Safety” as an alternative to having a Police Chief and Fire Chief. Commissioner Hopp stated he did not believe it was within the powers of PFC to make any recommendations on this but that it would greatly impact the process should the City decide to explore the possibility. He also stated that Holland MI is currently studying the possiblity and that Kalamzoo MI currently has a force of 380 organized as one community safety department.
 
City Attorney McLean then informed the PFC that State of Wisconsin law currently would prevent cross training of union positions in a municipality setting.  He also stated that potential legislation at the State level to change this appears to have little chance of getting passed according to discussions he had recently with State Rep. Van Akkeren.
 
No action was taken…

Wait, never mind the populations  – what in the world are we doing comparing our city to cities in Michigan?  What are we doing comparing to any place at all?? What are we doing thinking of combining a police chief and a fire chief?

Is this city so full of weenies we have “leadership” that actually could think this is a good idea – a “Director of Community Safety”? Oh wait … must be that mentality that thought a “community organizer” could a run a country. Course in a sense B.O is running it -right into the ground, but do we want to do that to our fair city, too?  Must stupidity and ignorance win the day or can we try some common sense and hey – here’s a novel concept, HOW ABOUT SOME COURAGE TO FACE OUR PROBLEMS HEAD ON!  Oops, there I go with my silly dreams again…

I can see it now: Drug Thug robs a mini mart, runs into this “Director of Community Safety” in a dark alley. “Director of Community Safety” says “hey thug! Stop!”  Thug asks, “who are you?” “Director of Community Safety” says, “I’m the ‘Director of Community Safety’”!!!  Thug goes into fit of hysterical laughter. “Director” runs off scared of drug thug.

Appears we can’t elect people who can come up with their own solutions. When I was growing up here, leaders had the ability, along with community input, to put their heads together and come up with solutions that worked for respective departments, politicians and most of all, the betterment of the community as a whole.  And they weren’t afraid.

Chicago-style politics, avarice and ignorance just won’t make a nice, wholesome city.

A shocking and sad story for a U.S. Soldier, but one we can all help rectify.  From the Defend Michael Web Site (where you can also view a video and much more information):

On March 20th, 2009, Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing a known Al Qaeda operative while serving in Iraq. The “victim”, Ali Mansur, was known to be a member of an Al Qaeda cell operating in the lieutenant’s area of operation, and was suspected to have organized an attack on Lt. Behenna’s platoon in April 2008 which killed two U.S. soldiers and injured two more. Army intelligence ordered the release of Mansur and Lt. Behenna was ordered to return the terrorist to his home.

During the return of Mansur, Lt. Behenna again questioned the Al Qaeda member for information about other members of the terrorist cell, and financial supporters. During this interrogation, Mansur attacked Lt. Behenna, who killed the terrorist in self-defense. The government subsequently prosecuted Lt. Behenna for premeditated murder.

Not only is this a miscarriage of justice on the behalf of Lt. Behenna, who was acting to prevent further loss of life in his platoon, it is demoralizing to the U.S. troops who continue to fight on behalf of the freedom and security of our nation. Whether it is U.S. border patrol agents, members of the armed forces, or FBI agents, no individual who is serving on the frontlines in the War on Terror should be so blatantly mistreated.

Michael and his family need the support of American citizens.  This is a man who put his life on the line for us, for our freedom – yet our country imprisoned him for killing one who would wish all of us dead…something is horribly wrong with this, don’t you agree?

In June 2009, one of my prescription medications was canceled, not by my VA doctor, but by the VA Pharmacy. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran with only one lung left.  I was told the medication was terminated due to “new rules”.  After listening to this broadcast, I now understand where those “new rules” came from.  It was part of the Stimulus Package Obama pushed through without allowing time for anyone to read it, earlier this year.  So Veterans, if you think this health care bill now being pushed though Congress will no effect you, think again.  It is apparent that this Administration and Congress believe that life means nothing if you are over 65.  Beware!  Lowell J.    We are long past the general election of November and it seems as
though it were ages ago. Now well into July we still have no resolution
to one of the most important Constitutional issues we have faced in the
entire history of our great Nation; the answer to a question which has
the potential to shake this country to its foundation but if we are to
survive must be answered. To continue to ignore this issue is inhumane
to the members of the Armed Forces, divisive and compromises us all
because as at a minimum it conflicts their resolve and our own
solidarity .
 
   I am a USAF Military Officer in the service of my Country. With all
humility and cognizant of the greater valor of many who have come
before, I have upheld to the very best of my ability my oath of office.
I have fought for what I see as right and just before God and for my
country. I acknowledge that I humbly and willingly bow before my
Creator, and while I have served my Country proudly, I have never bowed
in subservience before any Government or earthly King. While I am not
proud of everything I have done in my life to say the least, I am proud
of America and have never been ashamed of her. I am proud of her not
because I am oblivious to her faults, but because of her innate ability
to rise above them. She has gracefully blessed me with opportunity
beyond what I deserve and what I could expect from most every other
Nation on this earth and for this I am deeply thankful. I am not alone
as countless others have also been blessed but the cost has not been
free. 
 
   I have not ever and do not now in anyway consider it inappropriate to
question the orders of those above me if, in good faith, I believe those
orders are illegal. This is irrespective of the person or rank of the
individual. The President is not immune. In fact, as it relates to the
defense of our Constitution, I believe I am duty bound to question; to
do otherwise in my opinion is dereliction of duty. Such is the moral
basis and justification for my demand.
 
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that
we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only
unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American
public.” Theodore Roosevelt. 
 
  Let me be clear. This for me is not a political issue. This is not
based on race, religion or any value I hold other than my respect for
the Constitution as my oath demands. I am bringing this before you as a
Military Officer of my own volition and not as a concerned citizen. I
have not been coerced or forced to do this. I affirm: although I have my
personal opinions regarding the political ambitions of Barak Hussein
Obama it is and would be inappropriate in my capacity as a military
Officer to question ANY order he might give me due to political
differences we may have. I have had significant political differences
with past Presidents during my tenure to include our last one and never
questioned their absolute authority over me in the conduct of my duty.
So I repeat this is not political but rather squarely about the
Constitutional question at hand. Is Barak Hussein Obama a Natural Born
Citizen qualified to hold the office of President and to be Commander in
Chief of our Armed Forces or is he not? I speak only for myself and not
for the Air Force when I say, based solely on the information he has
given and of prinI am of the opinion he is not. Either way, I have a right as an American
soldier to have this question investigated and answered by Congress as
it has direct bearing on my oath of office and relates to the legality
of the orders he gives.
 
  In an open letter of 3 March 2009 I pleaded with and
challenged Secretary Gates to honor his oath of office and use whatever
remedy he had in his power to resolve the issue. I expressed my concern
that it was dividing and hurting my military family.  I have also
written my Senator Mark Warner of Virginia on 1 Feb. 2009 and pleaded
that the Senator present  take this issue up before Congress which he
refused to do. When asked to meet with me to explain his failure to act
he refused to do this as well. In his defense he is a young Senator and
perhaps failed to recognize my plea for what it was and the right as a
military member by which I asked him to bring this before Congress and
his duty to act on it.
 
   I have been advised through military channels that my letters to
Secretary Gates and Senator Warner were inflammatory … so be it. I am
not ashamed that I demand my leaders give the same weight to their oath
of office as those appointed below them are required to do. If it turns
out I am wrong I will freely offer my public apology, until then I can
not hide my frustration and dismay and I continue my demand that they
follow their oath and rise to the defense of our Constitution. I am
convinced, as I wrote to Secretary Gates, that we are tearing our
military apart by pitting their loyalty to the office of the President
and commitment to defend America not against her enemies but against the
greater moral and ethical question of serving at the command of a person
who is not qualified to hold the office in violation of the
Constitutional requirements. 
 
   We have focused much attention of late on the interrogation of
prisoners and have been told we must consider the moral and ethical
conduct of our methods if we are to regain our stature as a Great
Nation. I rather believe if we are tarnished, we are so to a greater
extent not for what we have done to our enemies, but rather for what we
have done and are we are willing to do to our own; to include taking
from those who were here before what was not ours to take and enslaving
others. This is the Great Stain on a Nation otherwise known as a beacon
of freedom and hope in a troubled world. So how does this relate to the
question at hand? I submit we are committing another disgraceful
hypocritical act when we show concern for our enemy’s human rights and
then send our own soldiers off to battle to die for our Constitution
which in turn is then violated by the very person that is sending them
off to die for it. For those on active duty the situation is
intolerable!  How can it be that Congress would allow them to spill
their blood on foreign soil for America and then leave them to wonder in
the final waning moments of their life if the person who sent them to
their death is an impostor; this is inhumane and absolutely cruel. This
is a National disgrace beyond comprehension and yet this is exactly the
situation we are in. The fact that the courts have denied us standing
and have not in a single case heard our pleading on the merits is an
abomination and is absurd on its face.  This must not be allowed to
continue. Have we been deceived and are we dying at the command of a
person who lacks the legal and therefore the moral right to command us?
  Greatness never arises from a bed of deceit. The end no matter how
noble it is or appears to be is always perverted to the detriment of the
people if the means is based in a lie. In this regard we have no choice.
As I am witnessing the cords of division rise in the military, if the
office of the President is divided in loyalty (as would be evidenced by
an USURPER) we as a Nation are a House divided. This is true regardless
if recognized by the majority or not for it is the nature of such
divisions that the dchallenged to the very core of our commitment to our Country and to each
other. Very much like a Patient’s presenting symptom, often ignored or
discounted that belies a deadly underlying disease that only under
stress declares itself in its full lethal manifestation. This division
is certain whether we wish to face it or not and one only need look
around to see that such a challenge or stress is on the horizon. Would
it not be wise that we address this now? In addition to the moral issue
and because of it we should not allow this uncertainty to undermine our
resolve and ability to respond to it with a united Military. Early in
our History President Lincoln said that a House divided against itself
cannot stand! Does anyone doubt the wisdom of these words?
 
  While I believe this would eventually be answered by the courts and I
am not opposed to a remedy by the Courts given the gravity of the
situation; I hold the opinion that the duty for remedy is greater upon
the Congress. We should never fear the light of truth or the
consequences of its discovery for to do so only deepens the injury and
decreases the chances for recovery. This is as true in Medicine as it is
true for the heart of our Nation. As such I respectfully and formally
demand a Constitutional inquiry into the qualifications of Barak Hussein
Obama to hold the office of the President of the United States of
America and to the authority by which he commands the Armed Forces in
her service.

Major General Childers,
 
Sir, I am very thankful a general officer has come public on the Major’s situation and your opinion on the eligibility issue.  I am a retired mustang officer – took the Clinton Administration retirement package during “downsizing.”  Doing well in my second career.
 
I am just touching base with you to say first of all many thanks.  I have told MG Dave Evans here in Tennessee about you at the April 15th Tea Party in Springfield.  He said he was proud to be on the “veteran terrorist” list.  We laughed, but then were not laughing.  I asked him what we are going to do about our oaths – where do we stand?  He put it in his speech as he is running against Bart Gordon, and called on all the veterans in the crowd; we answered with a loud “hoah.”  Then he loudly said, “remember your oaths”, his point well taken by all of us.
 
Sir, these are dangerous times.  I have my representatives all on speed dial – I attend Tea Party rallies – what else can we do?  A Kenyan in office is what I believe we have and a constitutional crisis that will break our foundation as a result.  We veterans need our general officers to stand up for the Constitution – just pull out the long form and end the debate is all we ask.  If he is truly not eligible – then we have no Union if he stays.  I say this because the Constitution is the primary legal document that binds us.  Without it – we are ripe for sanctions by the world against us and our laws fall apart like the pulling of one thread against a whole shirt.

Dr. Taitz, it has been awhile since I have emailed you.  I want to make the following points:
 
1.  Don’t stop!

2.  Veterans and retired vets like me are behind you in huge numbers.

3.  Sovereignty statements by States are being signed by the numbers, and my Tennessee even has the Governor’s signature.

4.  The video of the woman declaring him a Kenyan is just the tip of the iceberg in the court of public opinion – no one wants to be fooled.

5.  Citizens are even arming themselves in record numbers and high quality militias are getting requests from average citizens about what they can do if this usurper turns on the population.

6.  Legitimate government has the consent of the people according to our very founding and the law is the framework – i.e. the Constitution itself.

7.  As a retired officer I am appalled at the blatant corruption and constitutional violations right before my very eyes – committed by a party, the Congress and the usurpation himself.

8.  He (Soetero) refuses to the ascent of the laws and is taxing us with Congress against our will – if you look at the Declaration of Independence you will see those charges levied against King George – a declared nut case himself.  Read the Declaration of Independence and you will see the charge of sending officers into the field to harass citizens – they obviously met with or called the defense contractor to get Major Cook fired, denying him an income, which is a punitive damage for asking a question that in my 20 years of training and experience as a military man is considered legitimate, i.e. is that order lawful or lawfully given from the CIC down?

Just a few points to think about Dr. Taitz – so keep up the good fight while we out here are preparing ourselves and speed dialing our representatives – to wit, we hope the Constitution wins by our efforts.  I am a law abiding and good hearted citizen – I love and fear God – I would die for my Country if required and for my family whose future is now at stake.  I almost lost my life 3 times in military service – making Bill Ayers definitely my enemy (Soetero’s friend.)
The state/Democrat Party owned “non-free” press can lie, cheat, steal and attempt to hide the truth from us, but the cat is out of the bag and no one will get it back in for generations – we know our enemy of the American way of life.  Anyone who knowingly conspired to participate in this fraudulent election must be tried for treason and the usurper must be dealt with by every legal process of the Constitution and laws of the land.
 
Freedom is truly not free – we are doing something about it.  Thanks for your leadership!!!!!
