Gun Owners Rally Cry

Posted by Jeni | Fight for Freedom | Sunday 31 May 2009 6:24 pm

Not (yet) among them as a gun owner, I’ve been blessed with the friendship of many  -  they’re angry at the trampling of our 2nd amendment rights.

In case you haven’t heard, here are their thoughts – direct from their keyboards:

  • Want to play with the constitution?
  • Ready to fight an enraged American conservative public?
  • Try at least 80,000,000 gun owners, who possess at least 250,000,000 firearms.

Consider this as notice. We don’t care what Washington D.C. says. We don’t care what the courts say. We don’t care what the U.N. wants. We will replace government before we surrender our guns.

Mr.and Mrs. Politician, read the Original Organic Constitution for the United States of America. The one that stood for the Republic, not the one you use that stands for your converted corrupt Democracy. The Republic belongs to the people. We will not lose freedom through edicts under your emergency rule.

You can have your created democracy. You can function under your own fraud. Just don’t expect us to obey. We have been good and honorable citizens and continued to serve the Republic even as you were dismantling it. The Organic Constitution may be ignored by you, but to us, the people, it is alive and intact.

We will not accept corruption of the Bill of Rights. If you attempt to make them null and void under color of law you do so at your own peril. The people have spoken and we are resolute. There is no compromise.

The people have been lied to, abused, made bankrupt, all their property and labor taken for use by you, an irresponsible criminal government. We are no longer stupid. We now know the truth of what has been done. Knowing this we have not come for you.

We are telling you now…

End the corruption.

Rescind Emergency Rule.

Give the Republic back to the people.

We are involved in an imperfect war declared by you against us.

A declaration of war by government against its own citizens is TREASON.

Any attempt to disarm us will signal us to make your imperfect war against us perfect. The people have drawn their line in the sand.

You have been placed on notice.

Ignore this at your own peril.

History has shown us that attempts to disarm citizen’s has repeatedly resulted in a Revolution.   Are you ready?

How to Tell If You Need to Pray at Work

Posted by Jeni | Christian Corner | Sunday 31 May 2009 5:23 am

If you have every thought about poisoning, choking, punching or slapping someone that you work with

– You need to pray at work.

When you hear a co-worker call your name and the first thing that crosses your mind is, “what the h*8@ does she/he want now?” and you try to hide underneath your desk

– You need to pray at work.

When someone comes in and announces, “office meeting in 5 minutes,” and you think, “What the f*$% do they want now?”

–You need to pray at work.

When you take some vacation time and come back to find a mountain of paperwork sitting on your desk because no one else would do it and you think, “Sorry a$$M$%*@F*#&@##$s”

– You need to pray at work.

If you avoid saying more than hello or how are you doing to someone because you know it’s going to lead to their whole *#($&*# life’s story

– You need to pray at work.

When a co-worker comes in a little too happy singing “good morning” to everyone and you think, “Somebody needs to slap the s*#t out of her”

– You need to pray at work.

When your computer is mysteriously turned off and you want to say, “which one of you sons of b*%#&#s turned off my computer?”

– You need to pray at work.

When you’re in the elevator and it stops to pick up someone who stood for five minutes waiting for the darn thing only to go DOWN one floor and you say, that lazy b*%#*$#”

– You need to pray at work.

AND…

If you know all the words that have been bleeped out …

– You DEFINITELY need to pray at work.

LET US ALL BOW OUR HEADS.

Mental Health “Bible”?

Posted by Jeni | D.C. Debauchery | Friday 29 May 2009 8:38 am

Psychiatrists rewriting the mental health bible

  • hoard things?
  • eat excessively at night?
  • suffer Internet addiction?

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, commonly called DSM, is getting an update. Now experts must decide what is a disorder and what falls in the range of normal human behavior.

… all agree that the so-called bible of psychiatry is expected to be considerably more nuanced and science-based than the last edition, DSM-IV, published in 1994.

And the real motive behind this corruption?  To further line the coffers of the pharmaceutical industry, along with public funding for supposed “conditions”.

AUTISM EXAMPLE

Having a DSM diagnosis can mean an autistic child will get services from the public school system or that an adult is covered by workplace anti-discrimination laws.

For health insurance companies, it has become a basis for decisions on paying for care.

Now let’s dig a little further into this sudden rise in autism cases.

Before the 1990s, the official estimates were one autistic child out of every 2,000 to 5,000 children. Last year an average of one out of 150 children were diagnosed with autism.

A study by the Special Education Expenditure Project (conducted for the U.S. Department of Education) found that special classes, therapists, aides, transportation, and facilities for an autistic student cost an average of nearly $19,000 a year, or roughly triple the cost for a typical child. When districts go beyond adequate to establish intensive one-on-one programs or support a full array of speech, play, and occupational therapies, spending can skyrocket to $75,000 or more. (Source: Edutopia)

To date, $1,454,590 in grants has been awarded to community groups for autism. And what’s the source if this info? “FAMILY SERVICES COMMUNITY GRANTS“.

Smoking Gun: This all leads back to my comment regarding the pharmaceutical industry:

A study published online in the current issue of the journal Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics found that of 20 work group members writing clinical practice guidelines for the treatment of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and major depression, 18 had at least one financial tie to industry.

A commentary in the May 7 New England Journal of Medicine said that 56% of DSM-V task force and committee members have industry ties.

In summary, all these “diagnosis” and newly created “mental disorders” are nothing but big government in bed with the pharmaceutical industry to screw you and me, average Jane and Joe Doe taxpayer.

“Public Health” indeed.  More like: Avarice … Follow the money…

Is it any wonder “they” want Nationalized health care?  Gov’t tyrants and greedy health organizations have much to gain monetarily, while we could literally lose our lives.  Good going, nanny state.

Gasp! Teen Blogged the “D-Bag” words!

Ref:  Sotomayor Ruled in “D-Bag Case”

Young girl upset to be disqualified from running for school gov’t.

Girl makes a reference to someone at the school using the expression (shhhhh…can’t say this out loud now) ”Douche bag” – on her blog.

This incident wound up in court.

With Sotomayooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrr on a panel that heard the mother’s appeal.

What was Sotmayoooorrrrrrrsssssss “take”?

…the student’s off-campus blog remarks created a “foreseeable risk of substantial disruption” at the student’s high school and that the teenager was not entitled to a preliminary injunction reversing a disciplinary action against her…  Education Week reports.

Have to agree with a Mr. Turley on this one:

Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, told the New Britain Herald. “I would prefer some obnoxious speech [rather] than teaching students that they must please government officials if they want special benefits or opportunities.”

Memo to Sotomayoooooooorrrrrrrrrrr:
You dislike free speech this much? You want to hear a tale of “disruption” from someone who says and does far worse in the name of “free speech” (you’ve actually got libel, defamation, slander, hate-speech, etc. etc. etc.)

Have I got a case for you…

Re: Budget provisions that the JCF voted to approve on the Saturday of the Memorial Day Weekend.

- Unionizing home health care – Require that all qualified providers of individual in-home health care services in Wisconsin be subject to unionization.

Aren’t these the same people that scream “pro choice” on “another” issue?  Well, I want my choices back…including my choice whether or not and when I wish to be “pro choice”…

- Welfare fraud – Reject a proposal to make welfare fraud a felony.

Right, for all those babies they’re going to prevent with free condoms…more on that later.

- Prevailing wage – Substantially expand Wisconsin’s prevailing wage laws to, among several other things, lower the state prevailing wage threshold from $200,000 to $25,000 and apply the law to private projects receiving more than $1 million in direct public funding.

What the heck, make it a zero threshold…

- Fines for pharmacists – Specify that a pharmacist who refuses to distribute contraceptives be subject to a state-imposed fine of $250 – $2,500.

Again, no “pro choice”?  Add insult to injury with a fine for standing strong to their beliefs? How kind. But yet, tell a lefty you wish to stand strong to YOUR belief’s and look out…

- Garbage tax increase – Increase the garbage tax, or “recycling tipping fee”, by $3/ton.  This is 300 percent above and beyond what the Governor had requested and amounts to a tax increase of $16.8 million.

Even garbage.   Look out for hate-crimes against innocent garbage collector’s…oh wait, is that “Sanitation engineer” now?

- Condoms for boys and men – Expand the Medicaid Family Planning Waiver program to allow for the distribution of condoms and other contraceptives to boys and men ages 15-44.

Um…if those boys have been using those freebie condoms, why do we have unthinkable STD problems among teens? Ref: The Silent Epidemic

Milwaukee has a long-standing problem not only with teen pregnancy, but with teen STDs as well.
The city routinely rates in the top five or 10 cities for chlamydia, gonorrhea and teen pregnancy. It’s not surprising that the two problems are intertwined, since unprotected sex leads to both unintended pregnancies and STDs.

Certainly, all experts are quick to endorse abstinence as the best safeguard against becoming pregnant or contracting an STD.

In 2004, Wisconsin received $1,790,852 million (FY 2004) in federal-abstinence-only funding that the state was required to match.  On Nov. 18, 2008, JS Online reported, Teen birth rate falls to 28-year lowAnd  abstinance is free.

So if teens are using all these tax-payer funded condoms, why the STD problem? Besides, if a man can’t afford his own by the time he’s 18, isn’t that his problem already? Why make it my problem, too? Until he’s –  c’mon, 44???

- Vehicle title fee – Adopt the Governor’s proposal to eliminate the sunset of the Vehicle Environmental Impact Title Fee, which had been scheduled to terminate at the end of 2009.

Screw you, Doyle!

- In-state tuition for illegal immigrants – Allow illegal immigrants who have been in Wisconsin for at least three years to receive in-state tuition rates at UW System schools and Wisconsin technical colleges if the individual provides an affidavit that he/she will file an application for a permanent resident visa

They’re “lawmakers” but they don’t understand the word “Illegal”. Fire the lot of ‘em and stop this insanity!

- Domestic partner benefits – Require taxpayers to provide retirement and group health insurance benefits to the same-sex partners of state employees.  The JFC added that, “The Legislature finds that it is in the interests of the citizens of this state to establish and provide the parameters for a legal status of domestic partnership.”

I don’t want my hard-earned dollars to support this – oh wait, that’s right, on this one – again – there is no “pro choice”.

When we’re all too poor to pay into the tax base, then what?

Damn That Piece of Pie, Anyway!

Posted by Jeni | This 'n That | Wednesday 27 May 2009 4:04 pm

DC Council’s Jim Graham Wants No One to Have a Piece of the Pie

Jim Graham wants to ban the sale of pizza slices. Says their sale spurs violence.  View a video of the newscast here.

Graham says the piece of pie is disrupting peace of mind, contributing to “street fights, stabbings, muggings and even a shootout involving two plainclothes police officers.” Quote Graham:

Even though [Jumbo Slice is] a legal business and everything, they have become a nuisance. Behaving the way they do in terms of music, in terms of letting people hang out and also in terms of tolerating a certain level of violence.

The slice slueths at ABC7 have the deep dish for you:

A hidden ABC 7 camera captured an example of what Graham is talking about a couple weeks ago. Two girls began arguing in front of one of the Jumbo Slice businesses, the altercation turned physical when punches were thrown and people wrestled to the ground. The melee went on for 10 minutes before police arrived.

So it’s all the fault of a small business person selling slices of pizza.  What unmitigated gall to think he could run a small business and earn a living.

Just by doing so,  he’s responsible for the actions of an entire neighborhood – or at least those he sells a piece of pizza pie to.

I mean after all, heaven forbid in this whacked out liberal minds-of-mush “CHANGE” we’re forced to endure, the very idea of holding each individual accountable for his or her actions – well, honestly…how utterly foolish could I be to even entertain such a thought.  Oh wait, that’s right, that’s because those are the standards I hold myself to.

I got angry today at Alliant Energy tracking my electric usage.  I had pizza last night.  Yes, I truly did. Geno’s.

I guess it’s all Geno’s fault I got angry – but I  better not tell anyone lest I get Geno’s pizza closed.  And hey – they make really good pizza, too!

Voters, O-U-T with the likes of this Graham character (ha – almost wrote cracker, how fitting) already! Let’s get some common sense back – and leave small business owners alone – to WORK FOR A LIVING – remember that old concept?  Oh DOH! I forgot, it’s now not only just another 4-letter word, it’s a virus, too.

Another Camera to be Added at the Marina

From Minutes: Marina and Harbor Committee, Wednesday, May 13, 2009

Discussion and possible action regarding placing a second camera on the tower at the Marina.

…representing Sail Sheboygan, explained to the Committee there is already a camera on the marina building. The camera will be used to tape sail boat races.  The camera will be installed and maintained by Sail Sheboygan and there will be no cost to the City. (yeah!)

Following due consideration, Tom Holtan moved, John Rohde seconded to allow Sail Sheboygan to locate a second camera on the Marina building with all installation and maintenance costs to be paid by Sail Sheboygan. the motion passed unanimously.

(PS. Also an update on marina repairs: repairs are finished; estimated cost is $200,000.00)

Criminal over Citizen

From Canada: Murder victim’s son barred from killer’s hearing

Jeremy Mead, who was six years old when he watched his mom brutally assaulted at gunpoint, is barred from the May 27 hearing in Toronto because he wrote a victim’s impact statement deemed “disturbing” by officials at Correctional Service of Canada.

Mr. Mead feels the criminal is being favored over himself, a non-criminal citizen who witnessed a heinous crime against his own mother.

“They’re going to give him a second chance, but they’re not going to give me a second chance,” he said.

“His rights are overpowering my rights.”

What kind of mind couldn’t understand how Mr. Mead feels?   Who could blame him? Isn’t that why there’s such a thing as a death penalty in some states?  To make a strong statement that killing people, especially in this brutal fashion, is unacceptable?

As a Christian, I also cannot help but think of how unjustly our innocent Savior suffered and died – for each of us.   Imagine how different things would have been had Pontius Pilate been a liberal with a mind of mush…perhaps none of us sinful human beings could receive the gift of forgiveness and eternal salvation.

Perish the thought.

Awesome song hope you enjoy…  A song some radio stations are banning.

The song you are about to listen to is from a Las Vegas Diamond Rio concert. They received an immediate resounding standing ovation, and continue to do so every time they perform it!  Sadly, major radio stations wouldn’t play it because it was considered ‘politically incorrect’.

Consequently, the song was never released to the public.

So see what you think…

No one has greater love…
