Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States , people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented.

Some would even get down on their hands and knees and kiss the ground. They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times. They made learning English a primary rule in their new American households.

They did everything in their power to help their children assimilate into one culture.

They didn’t want anything handed to them. No free lunches, no welfare, no labor laws  – they were content to use the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a future of prosperity.

When we liberated France , many of these “old immigrants”  went to war as Americans. Not French American, German American or  Irish American.  Just AMERCIAN. The people of France saw only Americans.

Now here we are with a new kind of immigrant who wants the same rights and privileges. Only they want to achieve it by playing with a different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card.

Arrogant, ungrateful, lazy, hateful and demanding…  not at all like my Grandparents who arrived humbly on a cold dark packed ship from Germany and Russia to become legal, work hard, have children and plant their “prosperous good” seed in this free nation.  All in God’s name.

Well…we resemble this sign.  No idea who did it – wish we knew because I’d love to send them a HUGE virtual pat on the back!

BHO and company have been talking about giving amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants.

Consider these facts:

Start with education. Using the average annual American public school elementary and secondary education costs, the Federation for American Immigration Reform has estimated that the total cost of K-12 education for illegal immigrant minors and the U.S.-born children of illegal immigrants is $28.6 billion a year.

If illegal immigrants are covered in the health care bill (there is not a strong verification mechanism to ensure they won’t get benefits), it would increase the bill’s costs between $10-$30 billion. Of course, it won’t matter if illegal immigrants receive amnesty since the new law requires health care coverage for everyone.

Social Security is another area of great concern. Claims by amnesty advocates that illegal immigration can “save” Social Security are false.

Last year, the Social Security Administration (SSA) ran the numbers… The legalization of one million illegal immigrant couples who work for very low wages would be a $101 billion blow to taxpayers. And amnesty for all illegal immigrants would multiply this figure many times! Source: The Hill

Will never understand why I should be expected to pay for any of this … if I do something illegal, I PAY FOR IT – as it should be.  What’s up with this garbage?

A man in Alabama looking to join the Colbert County Sheriffs Dept. was being interviewed.

The Sergeant doing the interview says, “Your qualifications look good, but there’s an attitude suitability test you must pass before you can be accepted.”

Then, sliding a Colt 45 pistol across the desk, he says to the man, “Take this pistol; go out and shoot six illegal aliens, six meth dealers, six Muslim extremists, six ‘Progressive Liberal’ democrats, and a rabbit.”

“Why the rabbit?” the man asked.

“That’s the attitude we’re looking for!” said the Sergeant, “When can you start?”

A Kenyan lawmaker told the nation’s parliament last month that Barack Obama was born in Africa and is therefore “not even a native American.”

During debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country’s minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America’s election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite: “If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation,” Orengo posited, “how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?”

If this is what happens when “diverse people unite“, to hell with diversity.

THE GOOD FAIRY

A beautiful fairy appeared one day to a destitute Mexican refugee standing outside an Arizona immigration office.

“My good man,” the fairy said, “I’ve been sent here by President Obama and told to grant you three wishes, since you just arrived in the United States with your wife and eight children.”

The man told the fairy, “Well, where I come from we don’t have good teeth, so I want new teeth, maybe a lot of gold in them.”

The fairy looked at the man’s almost toothless grin and then waved her wand, — PING ! — He had a brand new shining set of gold teeth in his mouth!

“What else?” asked the fairy, “Two more to go.”

The refugee claimant now got bolder…

“I need a big house with a three car garage in Scottsdale on the water with eight bedrooms for my family and the rest of my relatives who still live in my country. I want to bring them all over here”

The fairy waver her wand, — and — PING ! —

In the distance there could be seen a beautiful mansion with a three car garage, a long driveway, a walkout patio with a BBQ in an upscale neighborhood overlooking the bay.

“One more wish”, said the fairy, circling her wand.

“Yes, one more wish, said the excited Mexican refugee.

I want to be like an American with American clothes instead of these old clothes from Mexico, and a baseball cap instead of this sombrero. And I want to have white skin like Americans”

The fairy waver her wand, — and — PING ! — The man was transformed – wearing worn out jeans, tennis shoes with no laces, a Baltimore Orioles T-shirt and a Detroit Tigers baseball cap.

Oh, and he had his bad teeth back and the mansion on the hill had disappeared from the horizon.

“What happened to my new teeth?” he wailed, “Where is my new house?”, “What’s going on?!?”

The fairy said: “Tough shit, Amigo. Now that you are a White American Male, you have to fend for yourself. No government handouts for you!”

And she disappeared in a whisp of smoke…

BHO is giving his constituents 15 million in federal money for Detroiters only, to help with their utility bills.

They had to wait in a line though first to get an application to receive the funds.

They voted for Obama under the promise that government, not themselves, will take care of them. (Ken Rogulski from Detroit’s AM 760 WJR interviewed a few of the recipients in line – here it for yourself. They don’t even know where the $ comes from.)

These are the citizens who are the beneficiaries of Obamas re-distribution of wealth.

Why doesn’t the “almighty” purbic skrool system have these people edumacated ? DOH! Silly ME!  Our kids are too fat and out of shape to be edumacated, first they need to be thinned down… how COULD I forget?

The other day I needed to go to the emergency room.      

Not wanting to sit there for 4 hours, I put on my old Army fatigues and stuck a patch onto the front of my shirt that I had downloaded off the Internet.

When I went into the E.R., I noticed that 3/4 of the people got up and left.  I guess they decided that they weren’t that sick after all.  Cut at least 3 hours off my waiting time.

Here’s the patch.  Feel free to use it the next time you’re in need of quicker emergency service.

It also works at DMV. It saved me 5 hours.
 
At the Laundromat, three minutes after entering, I had my choice of any machine most still running.
 
Don’t try it at McDonald’s though…

Recently I watched the HBO Documentary Film UNCHAINED MEMORIES: READINGS FROM THE SLAVE NARRATIVES.  Educational? Yes, in its way.  But… Not once did they mention the REAL party who free’d them from the bondage of slavery. It was a whinefest of a history so far behind us no one alive today could have owned so much as one slave. So I researched who the REAL racists are. Clearly, it’s the democrats.
